Jeff McMahon founded Harvard Group International in 1997 with a clear vision: to provide Fortune 500-caliber executive search services with the personalized attention of a boutique firm. Over nearly three decades, he has built HGI into one of the nation's most respected retained search practices.

Prior to founding HGI, Jeff spent fifteen years in corporate leadership roles, including senior positions at major financial services and technology firms. This operational experience gives him unique insight into what makes executives successful, and what hiring mistakes to avoid.

Jeff personally leads searches for C-suite executives, board members, and other senior leaders across multiple industries.
