Jenn DeGloma is a Managing Director at Harvard Group International, where she leads the firm's diversity search practice and specializes in human resources and talent leadership placements. She is passionate about helping organizations build more diverse leadership teams.

Jenn brings 18 years of executive search experience with a focus on HR leadership roles: CHROs, Chief People Officers, Chief Talent Officers, and other senior HR executives. She understands the evolving role of HR from administrative function to strategic business partner.

Her diversity search practice goes beyond simply presenting diverse candidate slates. Jenn works with clients to examine their cultures, develop inclusive hiring practices, and remove barriers that may have historically limited diverse representation in leadership roles.
