Before joining HGI, Kelly held senior roles at two global executive search firms, where she developed deep expertise in financial services recruitment. She has successfully placed CEOs, CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, and other senior executives at leading banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and fintech firms.

Kelly is recognized for her consultative approach and her ability to understand the nuanced leadership requirements of each client engagement.
